STANDARD RETURNS
If you would like to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, simply return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt and enclose a note with your order number on.

FREE UK ROYAL MAIL RETURNS
Should there be an issue with your purchase we may offer a free returns label. Attach the Royal Mail returns label to the outer packaging of the parcel and drop it into an official UK Post Office. For full Returns terms and conditions please click here.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY:
Any Christmas gift purchases made from Perfume Price Online during November and December may be returned until 3rd January subject to the normal terms and conditions. Please note that refunds may be delayed due to closure between Xmas and New Year.
